Responsibilities:
1. Analyze large datasets from sales and CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics 365, SAP, SAP BW, Analytics for Office, Power BI including DAX)
2. Develop and enhance dashboards and reports
3. Support the development of a data-driven sales steering approach
4. Contribute to defining business requirements (requirements engineering)
5. Identify data quality issues and systematically prepare improvement recommendations
6. Support initiatives to enhance data quality and data structures
7. Analyze patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities (e.g., sales pipeline, forecast, customer behavior)
Qualifications:
8. Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Data Science, Business Informatics, Statistics, or a comparable field
9. Strong interest in data analytics / business intelligence
10. Ideally initial experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar tools
11. Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into clear insights and stories
12. Proactive and capable of connecting technical topics with business needs
13. Very good English and German skills
