The Opportunity
As a People Business Partner, you'll be instrumental in:
* Partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that directly support business objectives.
* Providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
* Leading change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption across the organisation.
* Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable insights that drive improvement.
* Developing and delivering impactful training programmes to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
* Collaborating with the wider HR team to continuously improve policies, processes, and the overall employee experience.
* Acting as a coach and mentor to managers, supporting their growth and effectiveness.
* Ensuring full compliance with all German employment laws and regulations.
* Driving employee engagement initiatives and promoting a vibrant, positive organisational culture.
What You'll Bring

* A proven track record of partnering effectively with senior leadership and successfully implementing HR initiatives.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

* Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
* Expertise in change management, employee relations, and performance management.
* In-depth knowledge of German employment law and HR best practices.
* Experience in talent management and organisational development.
* The ability to influence and drive results in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
