As Manager Business Artificial Intelligence, you will drive the application of AI across our business and operational processes. You will translate real business challenges into AI-powered solutions, working at the intersection of management, processes, data, and technology. AI Strategy & Business Value Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across business functions Translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions Define measurable success criteria and ensure tangible business impact Act as the process owner for AI enabled processes Shape the AI operating processes across people, processes, tools and governance AI-Driven Process Automation & Scaling Design and implement Safe AI-supported workflows (e.g., AI agents, copilots, intelligent orchestration) Optimize processes before automation to ensure sustainable efficiency gains Coordinate AI agents, dashboards and cross-system orchestration Develop reusable architectural and process patterns to scale AI capabilities Ownership, Cross Functional Leadership & Governance Act as the central point of accountability for enterprise AI standards and responsible deployment Align AI-powered processes with executive priorities and cross-functional objectives Establish governance frameworks to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable AI usage What we can look forward to Strong background in business operations, digital transformation or process optimization Hands-on experience applying AI or automation in real business environments Ability to translate complex business problems into structured solutions Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with LLMs, AI agents, process mining, or intelligent automation Ownership mindset — you drive topics from idea to production Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, PLM, BI) Startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment experience Background in consulting, product management or operations
