Global Consumer Lead (m/f/d)
We are looking for a committed and creative Global Consumer Lead to join our global marketing team. In this key position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies based on the needs and desires of our consumers / patients.
These are the tasks for this position:
* Responsibility for portfolio, innovation, and consumer insights: close collaboration with local marketing and sales functions to ensure a consistent brand experience
* Developing and implementing a strategy that centers consumer needs at the heart of our innovation processes
* Ensuring that our products are available to our customers anytime and anywhere
* Focus on TV commercials and other relevant channels to maximize brand presence
* Development and implementation of global marketing strategies based on comprehensive market and consumer analyses to increase brand awareness and loyalty
* Monitoring existing products and innovation management for the successful market launch of new products
* Using market analyses and technological trends to identify new business opportunities
* Conducting analyses to gain deeper insights into the needs and behaviors of our consumers
These are the requirements you should meet:
* Graduated in marketing, business administration, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in consumer insights and media are a prerequisite; ideally, you also have in-depth knowledge of innovation management or product development, preferably in the consumer goods industry
* Strong analytical skills and experience in performing market analyses
* Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative solutions
* Team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills in German and English
