Job Responsibilities:
1. Responding to calls and emails via phone and chat channels according to the content and subject of the calls and emails.
2. Managing customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
3. Providing sales and technical support to the customers.
4. Answering questions related to the company.
5. Participating in training sessions to develop necessary skills and knowledge.
Requirements
* Excellent knowledge of German and English (B2) languages.
* Excellent computer and typing skills.
* Ability to work in Istanbul time.
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
* Ability to manage customer complaints effectively and provide high-quality service.
* Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to different projects and tasks.
* Ability to work various hours, including weekends if required.
* Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
Experience Required: No experience required. Training will be provided.
