* You engage markets by presenting deployment packages, securing alignment, and serving as the key link between global and local teams
* You shape and manage end-to-end deployment plans, ensuring resources are aligned and markets are fully prepared for rollout
* You drive implementation activities, from testing and local validations (UVTs) to risk mitigation and go-live execution
* You guide markets through post-launch hypercare, support smooth stabilization, and gather feedback to fuel continuous improvement
* You monitor progress against the roadmap and success criteria, keeping the Deployment Manager informed with clear, timely updates
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive market alignment
* Excellent business communication and presentation capabilities
* Experience in customer service operations or deployment of digital/technical solutions
* Ability to manage cross-functional teams across business, IT, content, and operations
* Basic understanding of digital tools (AI bots, knowledge bases, support websites)
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
