You gather the insights required to facilitate board decisions on essential portfolio and technology questions. You actively contribute to the success of the company today by working on crucial strategic projects and performance improvement programs. You share your ideas with top-management and lead cross-functional teams to bring those ideas to life. You engage with investors (buy-side) and securities analysts (sell-side) worldwide.How You’ll Make an Impact
7. Drive strategic projects across complex settings towards clear decisions and impact.
8. Oversee the business area’s performance and initiative corrective actions.
9. Prepare and participate in executive meetings and events ( capital market days).
10. Enable effective dialogue between executive management and internal/external stakeholders.
11. Build a strong network inside and outside of Siemens Energy.
What You Bring
12. You have an excellent university degree in business administration or engineering (Master, MBA, PhD).
13. You have at least 3 years of professional experience in strategy projects within a leading consulting or a reputable energy company.
14. You have a profound knowledge of energy markets and their stakeholders, including investors.
15. You have demonstrated superior analytical skills that sparked impactful solutions.
16. You are passionate about the technological and societal aspects of energy transformation.
17. You enjoy working with a diverse set of people at all levels around the globe.
18. You take ownership of complex challenges and deliver outstanding results.
19. You convince senior stakeholders with excellent communication skills in English.
