Our client is a global investment manager specializing in European real estate and asset-backed credit opportunities. They are currently looking for a SPV Accountant to join their team !
Your responsabilities :
As SPV Fund Accountant, you will:
* Execute the daily accounting and monthly/quarterly closing processes for several Luxembourgish investment vehicles.
* Prepare statutory accounts and annual tax returns to ensure full compliance with local regulatory standards.
* Perform cash reconciliations and monitor debt service accounts to maintain accurate financial tracking.
* Manage invoice processing and coordinate inter-company recharges between various internal entities.
* Support the Managing Director with interest statements and ad hoc reporting for international stakeholder
Profile :
* Between 1 and 3 years of experience within the Luxembourgish fund industry or a specialized fiduciary.
* Technical command of LuxGAAP and previous exposure to debt or real estate structures.
* Fluency in English and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or accounting software like eFront.
