IT Governance & Operations | Fluent German & English | 2 stage process | Global Company | €75-€90k
I am working with a well known business within the financial space who are on the brink of a global transformation which will lead to some exciting growth.
As this is the case, their Frankfurt office is going to grow. I need a
IT Manager of Governance & Operations
to join the team as soon as possible.
You must speak Fluent German & English, be able to go to the
office 2-3 days per week
. It is a 2 stage interview process with the final interview being an
in person
interview and I can offer a salary of €75,000-€90,000 per annum.

* Business impact analyses
* Event, Incident and Problem Management
* Configuration management
* Experienced with ServiceNow
Responsibilities
:
* Create and maintain solid process documentations
* Ensure compliance with regular requirements such as DORA or NIS2
* Conduct training's, workshops and stakeholder sessions for any new procedures
* Perform KPI analysis and make sure they are fit for purpose
* Collaborate with a variety of departments, Ops, Compliance etc
* Support across regulatory change and reviews
