You will collaborate with all HR functions to deliver comprehensive and compliant HR support. Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying recruitment needs and collaborating with the talent Acquisition team.
* Actively supporting new joiners throughout their first year, ensuring a successful onboarding experience. Training and advising line managers on the onboarding process.
* Advising the business and coordinating career development paths, while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
* Advising line managers and employees during performance assessments, goal setting, and salary reviews, with attention to fairness and transparency.
* Conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding processes with sensitivity and adherence to employment law.
* Providing regular reporting to the business, ensuring HR builds strong strategic partnership with its internal clients through providing relevant HR data to support decision-making processes.
* Leading or contributing to cross-functional HR initiatives, ensuring that employment law considerations are embedded throughout the HR processes.
