For our Human Resources Team, we are looking for a:
HR Assistant, London
What will you do?
* Working closely with the HR Business Partners to play a key role in the effective delivery of all operational activity relating to staff in our London, Paris & Stockholm offices
* Processing of all administrative tasks for the business (starting from the on-boarding of employees to all personnel questions during the employee lifecycle, such as Learning & Development, Compensation, Policies and the leaver process)
* Preparing documentation in connection with administrative processes (e.g. contract documents, salary increase letters, references, absences)
* Being responsible for the employee’s background and right to work checks
* General administrative tasks (e.g. Collating, reviewing and processing HR related invoices, filing of documents, maintaining employee files)
* Liaising with Compliance on legal requirements regarding Certification Regime (FCA / SMCR)
* Collaborating on projects and proactive optimisation of processes
Who are we looking for?
* Ideally educated to degree level, or with equivalent relevant work experience
* Literate; high standard of written English appropriate to completing and issuing formal documentation
* Advanced user of Outlook and other standard Office programmes (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
* Demonstrable experience of delivering high quality service in a fast paced environment
* High capacity for managing multiple tasks/priorities, seeing them through to completion and identifying key activities for urgent action
* High level of confidence and commitment, also beyond one's own area of responsibility
* Able to work independently on defined tasks, seeking advice where appropriate
