Responsibilities:
1. Co-creation of strategic quality goals and their implementation
2. Planning, optimization and control of statistical methods and processes of quality management
3. Implementation of quality planning and application of preventive Q-methods
4. Control and monitoring of measures in complaint management
5. Support of the quality issues of assigned business units
6. Close cooperation with internal interfaces as well as customers and suppliers
7. Preparation and implementation of internal and external audits
8. Ensuring compliance with Freudenberg process standards
9. Review of quality agreements and their implementation with customers
10. Support in the implementation of quality-related education and training measures
11. Complaint processing of logistics complaints in coordination with our external service provider
Qualifications:
12. Successfully completed technical studies or a comparable qualification
13. Experience in quality management and industrial manufacturing processes, if possible in the automotive supply industry
14. Knowledge of common quality techniques, statistical procedures and quality standards (IATF16949)
15. Experience with problem-solving techniques such as 8D, SixSigma or RedX
16. A qualification as a VDA 6.3 process auditor would be desirable
17. Very good IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
18. Fluent in English
