Drive internal communications across the Trier site: design and manage effective communication flows, editorial plans, and content for various internal channels to foster transparency, engagement, and alignment with business priorities. Develop, plan, and independently lead the Corporate Affairs & Communications (CA&C) strategy for the Trier site, ensuring alignment with management guidelines and CA&C Germany vision. Lead and execute community investment and corporate sustainability programs for the Trier site in close cooperation with the Market Community Investment Manager, ensuring strong alignment with JTI's global ESG agenda. Monitor regulatory, political, and social developments relevant to the site and proactively provide advice to management on potential opportunities or risks. Manage crisis communication and issues management, including preparation of scenarios, stakeholder coordination, and clear communication in sensitive situations. University degree in communications, economics, political, environmental, or social sciences 3+ years of relevant professional experience in corporate communications, public affairs, journalism, PR, or agency work. Solid experience in communication tools and practices including internal communication design, copywriting, concept development, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident presence, and strong ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders + fluency in German and English. Proven track record of independently managing internal and external communication projects and stakeholder relations. Proactive, independent, and hands-on with a strong sense of ownership.Strategic thinker with a results-driven and service-oriented mindset, comfortable working in agile environments and Confident in handling both traditional and digital communication channels, including social media.
