This is a post-go-live, high-impact role, focused on stabilising, optimising, and integrating processes across construction and industrial production environments. You’ll work closely with the business, internal stakeholders, and system partners to shape the future ERP landscape.
Verantwortlichkeiten
* Drive functional consulting and optimisation within D365 F&O (Finance or Supply Chain)
* Lead process integration across construction and production environments
* Own and improve master data structures and system architecture alignment
* Work hands-on with configuration, production processes, and Kanban systems
* Act as a key interface between business, IT, and external partners
* Support and guide internal users across a 285+ user environment
* Contribute to system stabilisation and continuous improvement post-implementation
Qualifikationen
* 9+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
* Strong functional expertise in either:
* Finance (GL, AP/AR, controlling), or
* Supply Chain / Logistics (production, warehousing, planning)
* Proven experience in hands-on configuration and process design
* Solid understanding of master data and system integration challenges
* Experience in construction or industrial/production environments is highly desirable
* Fluent German (C1+), strong stakeholder communication skills
* Comfortable working on-site in large production environments
