Global HSE Manager Role Overview
This pivotal position plays a critical role at a leading technology company with a global presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement corporate safety standards throughout the organization, aligning with legal, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements.
* Manage safety methods and systems, including reporting, risk assessment, compliance, hazardous substances, and process management.
* Define safety objectives and measures for the organization, overseeing their implementation within projects.
* Promote the further development and certification of the management system (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
* Collaborate with the global HSE team to develop group-wide strategies and implement shared goals in health, safety, and environmental protection.
Requirements:
* Education in a relevant field (e.g., safety engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science)
* Professional experience in quality and HSE management, ideally with a focus on safety and environmental risk assessments.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and regulatory requirements
* Internal auditor qualification
* Excellent English skills and willingness to travel internationally (20-30%)
