3. Develop and maintain an application landscape roadmap.
4. Analyze business requirements and drive innovation through emerging technologies.
5. Ensure compliance with Lufthansa Group policies, including user rights management.
6. Lead, motivate, and develop team members with effective structures and processes.
7. Provide second- and third-level support for user-raised tickets.
8. Plan and manage the IT budget for the cost center.
9. Oversee quality assurance for high availability of critical applications.
10. Guide agile development, including collaboration with external developers.
11. Ensure applications meet organizational needs and cost-efficiency goals.

12. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Information Systems, IT, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
13. At least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in IT or related fields.
14. Proven experience with agile and lean methodologies.
15. Extensive expertise in requirements engineering, process management, and project management.
16. Strong intercultural skills
