For our headquarter in Hechingen, we are looking to fill the following position as soon as possible:
Your mission
* You coordinate construction projects and apply for, carry out, and document all structural changes in the project area
* You plan and coordinate the procurement and implementation of new building infrastructure in close cooperation with the relevant departments
* You take care of the planning, execution, and documentation of the procurement and integration of new technical building complexes and building modifications, always in coordination with the responsible teams
* You will be responsible for planning and implementing the procurement and implementation of new infrastructure monitoring and measurement equipment extensions, such as building automation systems
* You will coordinate construction teams and trades on the construction site and instruct them
* You will take over the instructions for internal maintenance and repair of new systems
Your profile
* You have a degree in engineering or natural sciences or comparable training
* You have proven expertise in project management
* You are experienced in building services engineering, particularly in the areas of ventilation and air conditioning technology, clean room technology (in accordance with ISO 14644), electrical engineering, or similar
* You have experience in quality management, particularly for medical devices in accordance with ISO 13485
* You have at least 3 years of professional experience in handling infrastructure projects
* You are confident in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
* You ideally have CAD skills (e.g., SolidWorks) and experience with project planning software
