You will collaborate directly with senior leadership, global stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, guiding complex initiatives that harmonize processes, elevate performance, and align with our long-term strategic goals.
Your assignments
* Coordinate and structure the SAP S/4HANA implementation across finance, logistics, commercial processes, and manufacturing systems, focusing first on Headquarters deployment.
* Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA and other ELEVATE transformation workstreams.
* Drive large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
* Align project goals with strategic business objectives through close coordination with project managers and senior leaders.
* Standardize and optimize core financial processes for improved accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
* Design and implement best practices and global standard operating procedures across business units.
* Define key transformation objectives, performance indicators and success metrics in collaboration with executive leadership.
* Track and report on KPIs to measure and continuously improve project outcomes.
Your profile
* Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 10 years of multidisciplinary project experience.
* Proven expertise in business transformation, including strategy execution, change management, and global process design.
* Strong understanding of both financial processes and systems, with hands-on project management and leadership experience.
* Demonstrated success in managing large-scale SAP or ERP implementations and transformation programs.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with business fluency in English.
* A collaborative, results-driven mindset and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
* Deep business acumen and familiarity with cross-functional operational dynamics.
* A finance background (preferred), with the ability to align process improvements to financial goals.
