For our partner company in the healthcare sector, we are looking for an IT Application Manager (m/f/d) Orbis as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).
Our partner is an operator of various medical facilities and in this role you will act as an application consultant/supervisor for the Orbis HIS.

Your tasks
8. Ensuring the smooth operation, support and further development of the HIS application Orbis and the connected systems while guaranteeing availability and performance.
9. Harmonizing the IT application landscape to create a future-proof and uniform system environment.
10. Monitoring application performance, systematically analyzing and rectifying faults as part of incident management.
11. Carrying out updates, patches and release changes to ensure system security and up-to-dateness.
12. Professional and technical support and assistance for users.
13. Careful documentation of system configurations, technical processes and adjustments made.
14. Planning and coordination of software releases in consultation with internal and external stakeholders.
Your profile
15. A successfully completed degree in (business) informatics or comparable training with relevant professional experience.
16. Proven professional experience in the management of IT applications, preferably in a healthcare or clinical environment.
17. Extensive knowledge and administrative experience with the Orbis (Dedalus) hospital information system.
18. Basic database knowledge (SQL) and initial experience in a programming language (e.g. Java) is an advantage.
19. Sound knowledge of IT service management according to ITIL (in particular Incident, Change, Release).
20. Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and a high level of solution orientation.
21. High social competence, ability to work in a team and a strong service mentality.
