The role will primarily support our Brands Interflex and SimonsVoss within the Electronics business unit.Your responsibilities include:Providing proactive, business-oriented legal advice on commercial, corporate, M&A, regulatory, risk management, dispute resolution, and contract matters.Drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and interpreting commercial contracts, and managing product and commercial disputes.Supporting EU regulatory compliance, including information and cybersecurity regulations, ensuring adherence to legal and company standards.Offering guidance on labor and employment law issues.Managing external counsel and advising management on legal strategies and resolutions.Delivering legal training sessions to enhance workforce skills and knowledge.Your profileQualifications: German-qualified lawyer with relevant post-qualification experience, ideally in law firms or in-house roles, including international legal exposure.Languages: Fluent in German and English; Dutch is desirable; additional languages are a plus.Skills: Proven experience in business law, strong business acumen, ICT, IP, and data protection expertise are advantageous.Your approach should be business-oriented, with an appreciation for legal complexity and risk management.
