Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Planning and updating the agile playbook for the International IT organisation in SharePoint
* Assisting with the creation of new concepts
* Optimising processes as part of our agile transformation
* Supporting various specialist teams in their daily tasks within IT project management (e.g. documentation of work results, research, appointment/meeting management)
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* A degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
* Passion for IT and confident use of the standard MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online
* Good English language skills to enable collaboration with (inter)national colleagues
* Exceptional level of commitment and team spirit, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills
* Analytical way of thinking and the ability to learn quickly
Desirable extras.
* Basic knowledge of UI/UX design
* HTML and CSS basics
* Knowledge of Scrum or Kanban
* Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
* Experience in agile working environments
* Knowledge of process optimisation
