Your Mission
You assume overall responsibility for the Supply Chain & Service Delivery area and ensure that corporate objectives are achieved.
You lead and develop the leadership team responsible for operational fulfillment.
Together with the management team, you implement the strategic vision and business objectives.
You manage operational processes and ensure that all primary KPIs are met.
You are responsible for the Global Management System and continuously optimize operational processes to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality.
You implement efficiency improvement programs and expand our production capacities.
You identify and mitigate risks, particularly within the supply chain.
You ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards and assume overall compliance responsibility.
Your Profile
You hold a completed university degree in engineering or business, ideally in electrical engineering or business administration/economics.
You have solid experience in team leadership as well as in process and innovation management.
You demonstrate strong business acumen, are results-oriented, and possess the ability to think strategically.
Your working style is characterized by assertiveness, a high level of customer orientation, and intercultural competence.
You have strong communication skills and the motivation to drive change.
