Senior Account Executive (Future Head of Sales) | up to 200K OTE + equity
Role Description
This is a senior sales role focused on closing enterprise-level deals while shaping and optimizing the company’s sales strategy. You will mentor junior sales reps and play a key role in building the go-to-market motion. Uniquely, this role is designed to transition into a leadership position, with a clear path to become the first Head of Sales as the company scales, taking over from the current founder (who's acting Head of Sales).

The culture is entrepreneurial and hands-on, offering exceptional growth potential as it transitions from founder-led sales to a scalable, professional sales organization.
Team Size: Currently 2 Account Executives and 1 BDR (founder-led sales model) (more BDRs and AE's being hired) Key Collaboration: Founders, Business Development, and Operations teams
Responsibilities
* Build and refine sales processes, playbooks, and pipeline management frameworks (HubSpot)
* Mentor and coach BDRs and AEs to improve team performance
* Manage complex deal cycles with €100K+ ACV, combining inbound and outbound strategies
* Support the transition from founder-led to scalable, professional sales operations
Requirements
Must-Haves:
* 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including closing mid-market or enterprise deals
* Proven success with €100K+ ACV sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations
* Fluent in German and English (C1)
* Strong understanding of complex, traditional industries and ability to drive digital transformation sales
* Background in early-stage startups with exposure to building sales processes
Nice-to-Haves:
* Experience in construction tech, procurement, or related verticals

* Prior mentoring or team leadership experience, with ambition to move into leadership
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: Up to €200,000 OTE (50/50 split)
