Job Title: Reliability Manager Location: Marburg, Germany (Hybrid - 3 days office based, 2 days remote)
Salary: Up to €80,000 (depending on experience) + benefits + bonus

You will establish effective working relationships internally and client facing, along with supply partners and partner manufacturers to develop specific product and service opportunities and attend regular review meetings with the client to present project progress, (potential) savings and project success. To work hand in hand with the RSIS operations team to build relationships with technical, procurement, non-technical and operational personnel at the client site
To work with other Reliability Managers across the RSIS network to understand ongoing solutions within the network
To drive the implementation of reliability projects to achieve or otherwise exceed a minimum committed value
To have an intimate knowledge of the on-site stores operation and can work with the on-site stores team deliver projects/savings
To maintain required records, project documentation and KPIs relevant to the role
Project management and strategic planning skills with a proactive approach
Understands CMMS systems and work order management to a high level
Understands Asset management and Overhaul/Periodic maintenance planning
Full LEAN Six Sigma knowledge and practice
Excellent IT skills with proficient use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Be fluent in German and highly proficient in English
