As part of our international growth, our advisory and audit firm—specialized in supporting family-owned SMEs and mid-sized companies—is opening an office in Germany. Therefore, we are looking for a Partner with strong expertise in structured finance, financial advisory, and capital structuring, to co-build and lead our local presence. Key responsibilities: Play a leading role in launching and structuring our German office Leverage and activate your local network (entrepreneurs, funds, banks, advisors) Develop financial advisory activities (debt advisory, structured finance, M&A, special situations) Support SME and mid-market leaders in their strategic and financial challenges Contribute to the firm’s growth strategy and brand development in Germany Pursue the Group's external growth and acquisition-hiring strategy Your profile: Significant experience in structured finance, investment banking, financial advisory, or private equity Strong professional network in Germany Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach Solid understanding of the SME/mid-market ecosystem Fluent in German and English (French is a plus) What we offer: A genuine partnership opportunity with high autonomy A key role in building a high-potential office from the ground up The support of an established and growing firm Close collaboration with existing partners
