Drive market growth by focusing on key brands and customers. Set and achieve financial goals, including revenue, profit, and cash flow targets. Build strong partnerships with customers and execute effective market strategies. Manage budgets and allocate resources to meet short‑and‑long‑term objectives. Lead brand activation efforts aligned with business priorities. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and represent the company in trade associations. Build and nurture a high‑performing team, setting standards for excellence. Conduct regular business performance reviews and contribute to overall sales success. Key Skills and Requirements: Proven success in sales leadership, ideally within the pharmacy or consumer health sector. Experience in marketing, customer engagement, or e‑commerce is a plus. Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Fluency in German and English.
