About the Role
As a Werkstudent in HR & Recruiting, you will play a crucial part in our talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting processes, candidate management, and HR administration.
This role involves assisting in sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining and updating HR databases, and assisting with onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities
* Support talent acquisition efforts through effective candidate sourcing and screening
* Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication to ensure seamless processes
* Contribute to employer branding initiatives and job postings to attract top talent
* Maintain and update HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the team
Requirements
* Currently enrolled in a university program with a focus on HR, recruiting, or a related field
* Strong interest in talent management and recruitment strategies
* Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with the team
* Fluency in German and English languages
* Self-driven individual with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
* Availability for onsite work with part-time or full-time hours during holidays
