We are seeking an experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* You will enter customer orders into our enterprise resource planning system with accuracy and meet deadlines.
* You will collaborate with product management, sales, and supply chain teams to confirm pricing and delivery dates.
* You will monitor contract terms and expiration dates, keeping clients informed about order status.
* You will ensure documents and shipments meet client requirements.
* You will work closely with the support services manager and sales department to follow up on outstanding invoices.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Sales Administration, Economics, or Business is required.
* Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
* SAP or other enterprise resource planning system experience is highly desirable.
* Fluency in multiple languages, including French, English, and German.
* A self-motivated, organized individual with a customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
