HR Administrative Specialist

Currently, we seek a skilled HR administrative specialist on behalf of one of our clients based in Esch sur Alzette, a prominent player in the industrial sector.
* Be responsible for preparing all employee lifecycle-related documents and processes (employment contracts, addendums, certificates, absences, etc.)
* Manage employee data input and maintenance in all HR systems
* Function as an expert in social security, labor, and tax laws, immigration, internal rules, and address employee or employer queries
* Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including Social Security, CNS, and CAE
* Review and adapt policies to new requirements, ensuring effective communication to relevant parties (employees, employers)
* Contribute to HR transformation projects
* Propose innovative ideas to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness
