Our client has been developing software solutions for electrical engineering and BIM for over 20 years and has already established strong partnerships across the DACH region. You drive the development of the German market and build a strong local presence, as:
Country Manager Germany - Electrical Software - German & English (m/f/d), Germany
You take ownership of the strategic and operational development of the German market for technical software solutions
You build a local team (technical, sales, marketing) and implement a scalable organization with a long-term vision
You present solutions to clients and at trade fairs and manage the full sales cycle in collaboration with international teams
You have proven experience selling technical or software solutions in B2B with several years of experience or comparable experience. German (C1 minimum), fluent English, French is a plus
Your IT skills: Strong understanding of software solutions, ideally energy calculation and simulation, with knowledge of digital tools and SaaS models
Permanent full-time contract (40h/week), 5 weeks of paid leave
