Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HR professional to lead our division. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating tasks related to HR administration and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
* Team Management: Manage a team and coordinate tasks related to HR administration and data analysis.
* Dashboard Development: Develop and improve existing dashboards using data from various sources.
* KPI Establishment: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with different teams.
* Trend Anticipation: Anticipate trends and needs based on dashboard analysis and KPI monitoring, making recommendations for optimizing HR processes.
* Reporting: Monitor budget and prepare reports for management.

Administrative Tasks:
* Manage staff details and electronic personnel files.
* Handle flexitime, time-savings accounts, recreation leave, and other absences.
* Act as a point of contact for staff matters, including internal mobility, career management, retirement, and parking.
* Supervise and monitor management by objectives within the CSSF, updating job descriptions and specific responsibilities.
* Conduct annual individual meetings with line managers.
* Oversee International HR relationships with European authorities.

Leadership Responsibilities:
* Organize and supervise division activities, ensuring information sharing and high-quality deliverables.
* Ensure compliance with deadlines, commitments, and procedures binding the division and the CSSF.
* Contribute to division and department development for improved efficiency and productivity.
