We are looking for a motivated Working Student (20h/week) to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for students who want to deepen their HR and Recruiting knowledge, gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, and contribute to key recruitment processes within a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the publication and maintenance of job postings across various recruiting channels (Career Page, LinkedIn, local job portals)
- Review and pre-screen incoming applications based on defined criteria and support the Talent Acquisition team and the Hiring Managers inidentifyingsuitable candidates for open positions
- Maintain candidate records and ensureaccuratedata in the applicant tracking system (HiBob)
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates and hiring teams, while supporting andparticipatingin candidate interviews alongside Hiring Managers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the application process
- Support active candidate sourcing activities and talent pool management
- Assistwith recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting
- Support Talent Acquisition projects as needed
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Fluent in Englishand German
