What you’ll do ​& Who you are Are you passionate about shaping the future of the new construction real estate market? Join Kleinanzeigen as Key Account Manager, Neubau Segment (d/f/m) and help us build a strategically important business vertical from the ground up—with your expertise, ideas, and drive. This is a hybrid role and our office is located in Berlin Charlottenburg. What You'll Do: Drive the acquisition and expansion of strategic key accounts in the new construction segment by building strong partnerships with developers, project managers and sales agencies. Identify, negotiate, and close strategic, high-impact deals that directly contribute to revenue growth and the long-term success of this newly established business area. Take a leading role in launching and scaling the new construction vertical—including representing Kleinanzeigen at major industry events like Expo Real. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, etc.) to develop market-relevant features and solutions based on customer feedback and trends. Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring outstanding service, high satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. Contribute actively to shaping our go-to-market and product strategy with your insights and on-the-ground experience. Who You Are: Proven Experience : Several years of experience in key account management, preferably within the real estate or online platform sector, with in-depth knowledge of the new construction segment. Ownership & Drive : A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong sense of accountability to achieve impactful results. Customer Centricity : Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and building long-term relationships. Collaboration & Communication : Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; confident working with stakeholders across all levels. Product Orientation : Ability to recognize market needs and translate them into actionable product insights and development opportunities. Language : Fluent in German and English.
