About the client:
Our client is a forward-thinking, international not-for-profit financial organisation. They are looking for a proactive, professional Executive Assistant to support the Chair and Vicechair in Frankfurt, on an 18-month FTC.
About the Executive Assistant role:
A varied and unique opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support two dynamic senior leaders. This pivotal role will ensure the smooth running of the Chair and Vicechair’s office, across an international organisation. The responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Extensive diary management, across multiple time zones.
* Manage complex international and domestic travel arrangements, including all transport and accommodation bookings
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings
* Processing and managing expenses
* Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders at all levels
* Ad-hoc administration as required
Required skills and experience:
* Prior experience as an Executive Assistant (or similar role) in an international, fast-paced environment is essential; experience supporting at C-Suite level is preferred.
* High level of integrity and professionalism
* Resourceful and proactive approach, able to respond to conflicting demands
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Ability to work effectively with staff and stakeholders at all levels, both in-person and remotely.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Reader is required. Proficiency in iOS is desirable.
