For our BE Power business, we are looking for a Field Sales Engineer (m/f/x) BE Power, a company of Exide Technologies, located in Fernwald, specializes in high power and high voltage battery solutions, leveraging Li ion as the dominant chemistry. BE Power has been developing and manufacturing Li ion systems in Germany since 2004. BE Power serves multiple applications and industries around healthcare, rail, security lighting, logistics, and many others. The batteries are highly customized to specific customer application needs. The role is based in Fernwald (near Giesen).Join our team in Fernwald (catchment area Frankfurt am Main, Hanau, Gelnhausen, Giesen, Aschaffenburg). What will your daily responsibilities include in this role? Active customer acquisition in field and office sales Design in activities, project management and technical customer support Maintaining customer contacts Preparation and follow up of quotations Calculation and post calculation Preparation of activity reports Gathering strategic market information Participation in trade fairs Active collaboration to improve quality commitments in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 What we ask for: You have knowledge of electrical engineering (ideally a degree in electrical engineering or comparable training). You have commercial knowledge. Experience in technical sales of products requiring explanation would be an advantage. You are a team player and willing to work elsewhere in the company. You are willing to travel, including inter regionally. You have good English and very good German skills (spoken and written).
