I.e. trading houses, brokerages, chemical & industrials companies, automotive companies, steel producers, governments, utilities or FMCG. What Weu2019re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: University degree with 3 years experience in business development or sales roles managing complex accounts in an international environment Self-starter approach with confidence to apply innovative initiatives, accepting push-back and going the extra mile to achieve success Consultative sales and negotiation skills experience, possess high integrity and proficiency to all phases of selling cycle from need creation, proposal preparation, negotiation and deal closure Excellent communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills, being able to build valuable and impactful business relationships internally and externally German and English language skills (full business proficiency) is a must have, French language skills on top would be an advantage Passion and dedication for the commodities and energy world.
