Due to business expansion, GOFO is offering an opportunity for the position of Transportation Management Specialist in our Office located in Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, managing, and terminating transportation suppliers (3PL) to ensure stable transport capacity.
2. Establish and implement supplier KPI management mechanisms (on-time delivery rate, cargo damage rate, etc.) to continuously optimize collaboration quality.
3. Coordinate transportation planning and daily capacity scheduling to ensure timely vehicle deployment and execution of transport plans.
4. Oversee end-to-end in-transit monitoring, swiftly address transport anomalies, and guarantee fulfillment timeliness.
5. Manage transportation expense reconciliation and settlement to ensure accuracy and compliance.
6. Ensure transportation operations comply with relevant German and EU laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
1. Familiarity with the Germany/EU transportation and 3PL market; candidates with local supplier resources preferred.
2. Experience in managing transportation suppliers, price negotiations, and capacity scheduling.
3. Strong data analysis and cost control awareness.
4. Excellent cross-departmental coordination and external communication skills.
5. Fluent in Chinese and German; English proficiency is a plus.
