Job Summary
As a Partner Manager, you are exclusively responsible for developing and executing collaborations with one of the largest partners in Germany. Your primary responsibilities include implementing a company-wide strategy focused on initiatives that drive high growth and incremental revenue. You will work with a dedicated team for these partners, actively engaging with Partner Sales and Consulting teams, as well as with the local NetApp Sales and Tech Sales teams, to develop sales execution and enablement plans. You should be able to leverage our partner's unique capabilities alongside NetApp’s data-driven portfolio to meet customer requirements. You will be recognized by our partner as a “Trusted Advisor” across all hierarchical levels, ensuring that shared goals are achieved.

Job Requirements
* Minimum 8 years of experience in indirect sales and practice, primarily in Storage, Solutions, or Infrastructure markets within the IT sector.
* You must be self-sufficient, results-driven, partner-focused, highly motivated, with a strong understanding of the IT market and our partners' business models.
* Proven sales success, excellent communication, and relationship management skills in a high-tech, dynamic environment.
* Experience working with virtual and geographically dispersed teams.
* Analytical skills, customer acquisition skills, and basic technical knowledge to support the preparation of complex customer-specific processes.
* Assertiveness, customer-oriented actions, negotiating skills, flexibility, and business-fluent English and German.
* Implement the NetApp corporate Go-To-Market Sales Execution and Enablement strategy for strategic partners.
* Develop opportunities and pipeline revenue growth through partner-driven offerings that include NetApp solutions.
