Product Management Leadership Opportunity

* Lead and develop five high-performing teams in Germany and Chicago (total of 20 people), fostering technical excellence and collaboration across departments.
* Enhance efficiency and best practices in application labs, ensuring strong project execution and resource allocation.
* Work closely with key customers, product managers, and sales teams to provide tailored application support and strengthen partnerships.
Requirements:
* Doctoral degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 10+ years of experience in product application or technical leadership roles in B2B industries with international experience.
* Proven track record in Food & Beverage, Nutrition, Home Care, or Personal Care markets.
* Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally.
* Strategic and agile thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
* Fluent spoken and written English.
* German and French are advantageous.
