With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users The TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) and Agency team plays a critical role in enabling seller success by onboarding, educating, and supporting agencies to drive growth for sellers across categories. Responsibilities - Support the TSP Manager in day-to-day partner operations, including onboarding workflows, data tracking, and matchmaking activities between TSPs and sellers - Support partner education initiatives, including training preparation, documentation, case study and follow-up actions. - Collaborate with internal teams and external teams to identify new opportunities for partner-led growth - Familiarise with various operations and analytical tools to prepare reports or performance analysis to increase agency performance and content improvement and contribute to agency ecosystem growth
Minimum Qualifications - Able to do an internship in 2026 for a minimum of 12 weeks - German fluency to facilitate coordination with German stakeholders - Highly interested in the e-commerce industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. - Understand the short video/content and live broadcast ecosystems of TikTok - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related discipline. Preferred Qualifications - Be sensitive to data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool. - Previous experience in agency, influencer affiliate, content strategy, or e-commerce operations will be highly valued.
