Supervisor
with passion and drive. As a member of our team, you are responsible for supervising the team, excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards
.
You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Management
* Supervise the day-to-day operations within the team
* Manage the integration of new joiners and help manager to assign responsibilities
* Share ideas regularly and follow up the tasks delegated by the manager
* Organizing regular team meetings and sales training sessions
* Spot Coaching with the team on the sales ceremony
* Improve synergies with other boutiques
Supervising Performance & Sales
* Maintaining the customer database and customer relationship management (CRM)
* Achieve sales target by mastering the use of selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge
* Contribute to the global team performance by being a Role Model
* Know targets (by product category) in terms of daily, weekly and monthly sales in order to push the sales team and motivate them
* Selling and guiding the team on the sales ceremony
* Collecting information regarding product trends & client needs
Floor Management
* Customer reception, advice and support as well as fulfilment of special needs and wishes of our customers
* Dedicate a large part of your time on the sales floor
* Guarantee the transmission of the passion for the Brand within the department
* Optimize relationship with customers through regular contacts
* Ensure the upkeep of the selling space and the image of the store
Retail Operations
* Organize and contribute to stock management
* Be available for supporting the sales and handle with payments when necessary
* Control and maintain floor display area and merchandise
* Processing and checking incoming goods, carrying out inventories and minimizing stock and warehouse shortages
Profile
* 3+ years of experience in retail or hospitality environment
* Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the Maison
* Strong communication skills, empathy, and agile mindset
* Ability to develop lasting relationships with people through strong communication
* Provide outstanding customer service including in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
* Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
