Job Description As a Financial Management Assistant, you will provide essential support to operational staff, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting, budget management, and administrative processes. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting operational staff with reporting and financial data analysis. Managing projected expense budgets. Preparing monthly activity statements for employees (internal and external) and ensuring consistency. Verifying and maintaining control over purchase receipts. Reviewing and calculating employee expense reports using the Concur tool. Handling customer billings. Creating new sales orders. Setting up and managing projects and sub-projects, including initial budget planning and updates. Generating Sales/Margin production files while ensuring cost consistency per project. Preparing of production meetings. Monitoring project progress through analysis, reporting, and control.
