IMS Process Optimizer About the role You will drive the improvement agenda for Integrated Marketing Services. Your goal is to simplify processes, boost productivity and ensure consistent execution. You will identify opportunities, guide delivery and bring global standards, automation and analytics into daily operations. What you will do Report directly to the E2E Lead and contribute to defining and shaping the Performance Improvement strategy for the full IMS end to end, ensuring alignment between global priorities, local needs and execution. Identify improvement opportunities using data, feedback, process reviews and benchmarking. Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline focused on productivity, automation and business value. Map current workflows and define future standards aligned with global models. Estimate benefits, support business cases and validate volumes, timings and resources. Coordinate the delivery of initiatives and remove blockers to keep execution on track. Ensure alignment with global and local stakeholders on priorities and dependencies. Collaborate with Analytics, IT and Automation teams to enable smooth implementation. Keep reporting accurate and updated through our single source of truth. Conduct benchmarking activities to identify improvement opportunities and replication potential. Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Manager to shape and sustain an aligned improvement pipeline, contributing to capability development and active CI community participation. What you bring Proven experience delivering continuous improvement with measurable results. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive alignment across functions. Experience in Marketing Services or broader shared business services environments. Strong analytical mindset and genuine appetite for data, tools and technology. Ability to oversee wider improvement portfolios and ensure strong connection between global and local pipelines. Working knowledge of analytics, automation and digital tools like Power BI, Power Automate and GenAI solutions is required but advanced proficiency is not expected. Solid understanding of E2E governance, productivity metrics and performance acceleration frameworks. Structured problem solver with practical experience applying Lean and Six Sigma principles, GSTD, DMAIC and process discovery to drive consistent, data-based improvements. Ability to translate operational pain points into clear business cases and quantifiable benefits. Clear and effective communicator able to structure complex information, translate it into actionable insights and drive alignment and momentum across teams. Background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Project Management or Change Management is a plus.
