Talent Acquisition Intern
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, working closely with the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be involved in various tasks, including recruitment process management, employee onboarding, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment Process Management: Assist in meeting with managers, creating job offers, screening CVs, conducting HR interviews, and organizing manager interviews.
* Employee Onboarding: Develop agreements, prepare arrivals, integrate employees, and conduct welcome presentations during onboarding.
* Administrative Support: Perform tasks such as sending forms, receiving documents, and updating employee files.

* Curiosity and Enthusiasm.
* Strong Writing Skills.
* Good Interpersonal Skills.
* Ability to Work Independently or as Part of a Team.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Knowledge of Marketing / Infographic Concepts (Canva, Sharepoint, etc.) is a Strong Plus.
* University Student in Business, Economics, Human Sciences, Law, or a Related Field.
* First Experience in Human Resources is an Advantage but Not Required.
* Good Knowledge of French and English is Required.
