Höegh Autoliners is a global player in Ro/Ro deep sea transportation services and operates the greenest fleet in this segment. The company owns and operates approx. 40 Pure Car and Truck Carriers (PCTCs) in global trade systems, making around 3 000 port calls yearly. Managed from a worldwide network of around 16 offices, our main customers are major manufacturers of new cars, heavy machinery and other rolling stock.

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Industrial Cargo to lead our High & Heavy (HH) and Breakbulk (BB) segments worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategy, energize global sales teams, and play a key role in delivering commercial success across our organization.

What You'll Do:
* Develop and execute ambitious annual sales plans to meet business objectives and deliver on revenue targets.
* Identify and capture new market opportunities, expanding our HH and BB portfolio and strengthening our competitive edge.
* Craft smart pricing strategies that maximize revenue while staying ahead in the market.
Build and nurture long-term customer partnerships, driving loyalty and securing repeat business.
* Collaborate with Trade teams to optimize vessel space and ensure efficiency and profitability.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data, technology, and best practices to enhance operational performance.
* Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to HH and BB products and services.
* Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, expenditures, profitability, and return on investment.
* Champion a culture of safety, sustainability, and compliance, aligning with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
