1. Define and execute test plans for design validation (DV) and production validation (PV)
2. Develop test concepts and fixture designs for gear, shaft, and housing assemblies
3. Coordinate prototype builds and validation samples with internal and external partners
4. Program, monitor, and analyze endurance, strength, and NVH tests on test benches
5. Analyze test data and create structured reports with clear conclusions and recommendations
6. Support root cause analysis and issue resolution (in collaboration with design and quality)
7. Contribute to the creation of validation documentation (DVP&R, test specs, test reports)
8. Interface with suppliers, customers, and international teams on testing and release topics

9. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related field
10. Ideally more than 2 years of experience in years of experience in testing or validation of mechanical components or systems
11. Prior exposure to automotive environments preferred
12. Familiarity with drivetrain test benches, endurance and fatigue testing methods
13. Hands-on experience with test setup, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems
14. Experience in failure analysis, material characterization, NVH testing, gear performance evaluation, and durability testing is highly desirable
15. Fluency in English is mandatory. German language proficiency is desirable, while fluency in Chinese would be a significant asset
16. Analytical mindset with strong documentation and reporting skills
17. Structured and proactive working approach, comfortable in dynamic environments
