The Head of Global Product Management | BOSS Green (f/m/d)role is a key global position, driving the BOSS Green product strategy end-to-end - from consumer and market insights to range planning and go-to-market - in close collaboration with Design, Merchandising, Sales and Marketing.
What you can expect:
* Shape and drive the global product vision across categories, markets, and channels
* Lead a high-performing international Product Management team with a strong focus on consumer relevance, commercial impact, and product excellence
* Translate market insights and brand strategy into scalable, globally impactful product assortments
* Drive sustainable business growth through strategic assortment, forecasting, pricing, and margin steering
* Act as a key strategic partner across Design, Merchandising, Planning, Sales, Retail, and Operations
* Elevate ways of working, simplify complexity, and foster a culture of speed, ownership, and accountability
* Play a critical role in shaping the future direction and global success of the brand
Your profile:
* Leadership experience in Global Product Management within a leading international fashion or lifestyle company
* Strong knowledge and instinct in Sportswear driven products combined with outstanding commercial and strategic acumen
* Proven track record of driving business impact, scaling product success, and building globally relevant assortments
* Inspirational leader with the ability to build, develop, and empower high-performing international teams
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across complex global organizations
* Entrepreneurial, decisive, and highly consumer- and market-oriented mindset
* Passion for product, innovation, and creating meaningful business impact at scale
