Develop a strong understanding of digital marketing principles that drive sustainable business growth. Apply these principles to Dürr’s industrial products webshop to enhance performance and customer experience. Use AI-based tools to automate data collection, analysis, and insights generation for industrial products. Transform unstructured data into decision-relevant business intelligence. Support the integration of the Dürr webshop into SAP, with a focus on finishing processes. Design and implement strategies to attract high-value customers and scale long-term growth. Qualifications Solid technical or academic background, ideally with a focus on international digital marketing. Sound knowledge of economics and business fundamentals. High degree of flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work independently. Excellent comprehension skills combined with strong communication abilities and a structured working style. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of statistics and sales psychology. Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus, especially Italian. Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Confident user of IT tools, particularly MS Office applications.
