The Role
As CFO, you’ll shape the financial strategy with a clear focus on capital raising, investments, and M&A across existing markets and expansion into key international markets.
Responsibilities
* Lead equity and debt capital raising across international and regional markets
* Drive huge M&A transactions and strategic investments to accelerate portfolio growth
* Build and manage relationships with investors, lenders, and financial partners
* Oversee financial structuring, valuation, and negotiations on major deals
* Provide strategic insight and clear recommendations to the CEO and board
* Position the company for long-term, sustainable growth across MENA and beyond
Requirements
* 15+ years’ experience in investment banking, project finance, or corporate finance with a strong track record in capital raising and M&A
* Proven leadership in high-growth energy, infrastructure, or related sectors
* Deep understanding of structuring, valuation, and financial negotiations
* Strong network across institutional investors, banks, and capital providers
* Experience scaling finance functions in rapidly expanding businesses
* Based in Germany or UAE
