Your areas of responsibility:
* Global Process Leader for Talent Management and Succession Planning
* Supporting countries in applying the global talent management strategy and building up a solid talent pipeline locally, regionally, and globally
* Conception, planning, and implementation of the global talent program
* Driving the annual Succession Planning of the group
* Driving activities to further develop FUCHS culture along our strategic approach
* Supporting managers in organizational development activities “aligning structure to strategy”
* Responsible for Leadership Development process/ programs
* Act as center of expertise for change and transformation: Supporting organizational development projects; anticipate needs and provide solutions or consultancy to board/ GMC or regions
* Leading project teams for HR-related projects based on HR Roadmap targets or corporate strategy related
Qualifications we are looking for:
* Master’s degree in Business administration, Psychology or similar, preferably with HR focus
* Sound and long term experience in handling Talent, Succession, Culture and Change/ Transformation topics at global level
* Track record of further/ professional education in the related areas (e.g. systemic coach, organizational development etc.)
* Experience in accompanying the build up of a solid talent pipeline and in accompanying larger change interventions
* Very strong interpersonal ability and consultancy skills; convincing way of handling assigned projects and topics
* Proven track record in working with senior and top management
